Absolutely exceptional. The apartment itself is beautiful – very well decorated, spotlessly clean, and even finished with fresh flowers and Christmas decorations. We especially liked the Scottish dancing Santa!! 🙂
The fridge was stocked with snacks we did not expect, plenty of tea/coffee/sugar/porridge/cereals/condiments and even mince pies (what a lovely treat)! The beds/sofa were very comfortable too, we all had 2 great nights sleep.
We bumped in to the owners on our way out one day, and what a lovely couple they are! They could not have been more accommodating or friendly. We would highly recommend to anyone, and would definitely stay again when returning to Edinburgh! Thank you so much! 🙂

Very lovely apartment, in a quiet position 20 minutes walk from old town. This was one of four, perfect for 3-4 people. Very new and clean with a modern style and all the comforts, such as free wifi, dishwasher, wonderful shower,.. Owners Dorothy and her husband really nice and helpful. Quality/Price absolutly high. Definitely recommended.

A pleasant surprise
A bright, contemporary apartment with everything you need-a warm greeting, coffee,tea, milk and biscuits, flowers, comfy beds, power showers, nipping clean and a dishwasher ! Great value for money compared to apartments in the centre of Edinburgh. Would highly recommend it.
Weekend Break
Stayed in Edinburgh for a couple of nights to take in the Lion King at the Playhouse and the Christmas Markets. The accommodation is I believe just newly opened. It is extremely well designed and a perfect place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. The quality of the furnishings is excellent. Parking is no problem and you can walk into town but easier with a cab or bus.

Great stay
Had everything we needed and the owners were very friendly. The accommodation was beautifully clean. We were a family with 2 small children and we were very comfortable. We would certainly stay again. Proximity into Edinburgh city v good.

Very Clean. Complete 5 star Amenities with full fridge: Cereals, Orange juice, fresh milk, butter +jam. Convenient Check in+check out. Rubbish organiser, fresh flowers, biscuits, children toys and board games.
Very well presented
This apartment is modern and in a great location to visit the city centre. The owners were great and responded immediately if we needed them. Very well presented, everything is new and there is a washing machine on premesis which was needed for us when visiting with a toddler.

What an amazing apartment!! It was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed & more!! Good bed, great shower. Thank you for fresh flowers, tea coffee & sugar, the porridge oats and milk. Not too far from the old town. We will definitely be back ❤️

Beautiful apartments
My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights over new year. Fresh milk, cakes and crossiants greeted us on arrival. The apartments had everything we could need and would recommend them to anyone. As we stayed new year we needed another hour or two to recover the next morning and Dorothy let us stay later as there were no guests coming the following day. 5 star apartments!

Beautiful immaculately presented modern apartment, very easy access to City Centre.
We stayed in the 2 bed apartment which is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The building has been recently completely developed and upgraded, and is in quiet location, close to all amenities. The flat provides very easy access to the City Centre, also 15 minutes on foot to the Botanical Gardens, Stockbridge, Leith Walk, and the City Centre, another 10 minutes to the Dean Village and all of the city’s art galleries. A large number restaurants are nearby. A nice secure, central place to stay.
